This is a gourmet salt made with unrefined sea salt, chiles, lime juice, red pepper.

Loose Leaf Tea

Spotlight on Hibiscus Green Tea.

Flavor Profile:

The base: Sencha Green Tea. Delivers a smooth, mild, and slightly sweet foundation. It provides a clean, grassy, and vegetal depth that balances out the bolder fruit elements.

Flavor: Hibiscus Flowers contribute a deeply tart, refreshing tang reminiscent of cranberries, providing the tea's defining crispness and its brilliant ruby-red hue. It is infused with a subtle berry flavor that smoothes over the sharpness of hibiscus rounding out the blend with a fruity flavor.

Hot Brewing method: Steep 1 to 2 teaspoons of loose leaves in 10 oz of fresh water at a lower temperature of 170°F–180°F for 2 to 3 minutes. Avoid using boiling water to prevent the Sencha leaves from turning bitter

Iced Tea  - This blend is exceptionally popular cold. Double the loose leaf amount during a hot brew, then immediately pour the concentrate over a full glass of ice for a refreshing, thirst-quenching treat

Specialty Salts & Spices

Spotlight on Chili Lime sea salt. Chiles give this blend deep and full-bodied flavor with a pleasant warming heat while the lime juice beautifully brightens in a sparkling sort of effervescent way.

Ways to use:

Sprinkle on fresh fruit, black beans, shrimp and fish, or make Mexican elote by coating corn on the cob with mayonnaise, lime juice, cotija or feta cheese and a sprinkle of this salt.

Ingredients: Unrefined sea salt, chiles, lime juice powder, crushed red pepper.

Artisan Coffee

Spotlight on Dublin Creme Coffee. A smooth, balanced blend of premium, air-roasted Central American and Colombian beans. This selection creates a complex, clean, and medium-bodied foundation that lets the flavor infusions shine without tasting overly heavy or bitter. It is a deeply comforting, velvety blend defined by rich notes of sweet caramel, buttery butterscotch, warm vanilla, and a subtle hint of rum flavor.

All our flavored coffees are naturally gluten free, do not contain sugar, and are available in decaf.

Flavor Fused, Infused and Pure Extra Virgin Olive Oils and Balsamic Vinegars

Our Olive Oils are all 100% Ultra-Premium Extra Virgin, unfiltered and settled. The olives we use are grown and pressed by artisan farmers in organically focused farms from around the world. These olives are harvested green and pressed within 4 hours of harvest resulting in the freshest, highest quality, Ultra-Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oils.  We strongly believe that Extra Virgin Olive Oil is like fruit juice: highly perishable, healthier and more flavorful when consumed fresh. Therefore, we post the Harvest Date on our Ultra-Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oils so that you can be sure of the freshness of our products.

Our olive oils and balsamic vinegars are bottled and sealed in our store and kept in dark glass bottles to preserve the flavor and health benefits of the product.
We have several types of universal pour spouts that fit on the oil and vinegar bottles to help control the amount of product poured. They are gravity weighted, self pour spouts.
