Minted Blueberry Watermelon Salad

For each serving
  1. About 1 cup fresh seedless watermelon chunks
  2. About 1/2 cup blueberries
  3. About 1 Tbs. finely chopped fresh mint leaves
For the honey lavender vinaigrette
  1. 1/4 cup white wine
  2. 1/4 cup BAZAAR Cranberry Pear Balsamic Vinegar
  3. 1/4 cup BAZAAR Lemon Olive Oil
  4. Juice of 1/2 lemon (about 2 tablespoons)
  5. 3 Tbs. honey
  6. 1 Tbs. Dijon mustard
  7. A pinch of granulated garlic
  8. A sprig of fresh lavender leaves, finely chopped
For the rest
  1. Fresh salad greens
  2. Crumbled goat cheese
  3. Almond slices
  1. Toss the watermelon and blueberries with the mint and set aside.
  2. Whisk together the salad dressing ingredients in a small bowl.
  3. Fill your salad plate or bowl with greens. Top with the watermelon/blueberry mixture, then sprinkle with goat cheese and almonds. Add a light drizzle of dressing and enjoy!
